Activity for 2+ years old
ظ is the seventeenth letter of the Arabic alaphabet.
We used the word ظرف envelope in Arabic to describe the letter ظ to the toddler.
Items needed:
- Plain Paper to be fashioned into a letter
- An envelope template or simply use a real envelope (https://graphicgarden.com/files17/graphics/print/envelope/template.gif)
- Pens/pencils for colouring
- Explain that in the days before text messages/email we wrote letters to the people we love – ask them to choose someone they love to send a letter to
- Let them scribble or draw a picture for the person
- Place it into the ظرف
- Write their name and address, colour in a stamp
